Vitamin D3 and Micronutrients
Micronutrients are nutrients required by the body in small amounts, such as a vitamin or a mineral. Apart from vitamin D3 it is recommended that you take: Omega-3 (EPA/DHA), Calcium (750 mg from food), Magnesium, Vitamin A, B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B9 (Folic acid), Vitamin B12, Vitamin K2, Boron, Selenium, Zinc, Choline (citicoline) and Chromium picoline (diabetes), however this is not an evidence based list.
